Order Information
One-on-One Service
We pride ourselves on our "One-on-One" service. Therefore, it is vital that you make an appointment to view gowns (bridal, bridesmaid and mother of the evening) at our store as we are limited to space, fitting rooms and sales staff. This is especially true during the months of January through June which is considered our peak prom season. Peak bridal season is considered January through September.
Deposits
A deposit is required on all merchandise. A required 75% of your total
invoice is due in order for any special orders to be placed with manufacturers.
The initial payment may be made with cash or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Phone orders must pay for their orders in full. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept any checks, this includes personal , certified or money orders. Phone orders must be paid for in full with either a Visa, MasterCard or Amex. Signature confirmation is required on invoices via fax or email within 24 hours of receipt of invoice. Please contact store for more information. A 3% convenience fee is charged to all phone orders.
Final Payment
Bridal gowns, and all other merchandise, must be paid in full within
7 days of the receipt of the gown from the manufacturer. No personal
checks or credit cards will be accepted on day of pick up, only cash
is accepted for final payments.
Group Discounts
We do offer group discounts to bridal parties of 3 or more. Discount will be applicable only if bride supplies us with a wedding date and the names of all the attendants in her party. Should the minimum 3 girls not order their gown from our shop, those whom had already placed their orders will be responsible for that discount amount difference which will be added to their balance (in cash) at time of pickup of their gown. All of our store policies apply.
Layaway (In-stock Purchases)
A 75% non-refundable deposit is required to place merchandise in layaway
and the balance is due within 30 days. SALE GOWNS ARE SOLD 'AS IS' and
are priced below what we paid for it. We usually have approximately 75-300
gowns on this rack. Any gown purchased off the rack is purchased under
the same policy. If final payement is not paid by date listed on your invoice, dress will be put back on clearance rack. All deposits are non-refundable.
Gown/Order Release
Kasia's Bridal and K&K Dressmaking are not responsible for garments
or merchandise that have been paid in full and released (signed
for) to the customers (or affiliates) personal ownership. Please inspect all merchandise
carefully before leaving the store. All gown pickups are by appointment only.
Saturday Pick Up
Due to the increased traffic and the risk to your gown being stepped
on when you try it on, we limit our Saturday pick ups to morning hours
(before noon), this is especially true during the months of January
through June, which is our peak prom and bridal season. Please see Store Location & Hours for more information.
Rush Orders
We will cheerfully accept any rush orders for a fee, as well as an exact
occasion date and compliance from your attendants. We are capable of
accomodating most dates, however, if you know you have more
than one person in your party ordering gowns, you may need to consult
with them prior to registering your bridal party. Orders cannot be processed with a given manufacturer
unless all persons in your party have paid at least the minimum deposit
(see Deposits above) and signed off on their invoice. We are not responsible
for orders not placed because attendants did not all comply by manufacturers
cut off dates. All deposits & payments are non-refundable.
