Store Policies and Order Information

At Kasia's Bridal & Special Occasion Boutique, we pride ourselves on the one-on-one service we provide you with! With limited space, fitting rooms, and sales staff, it is crucial for you to schedule an appointment to view, try-on, and order all bridal, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride gowns to ensure you get the exceptional service and attention to detail you deserve. Appointments are especially important in the months of January through June, our peak prom season, and January through September, our peak bridal season.

Group discounts are offered to bridal parties of 3 or more. Discounts are only applicable if the bride provides her wedding date and the names of all attendants in the bridal party. If the minimum 3 girls do not order gowns from our shop, anyone who already placed their orders will be responsible for the discount amount difference. The amount will be added to their balance in cash at the time of pickup. All store policies apply to group discount orders.

Kasia's Bridal & Special Occasion Boutique is not responsible for merchandise or altered garments that have been paid for in full and signed for/released to the client or affiliate of personal ownership. We ask that you please inspect your merchandise before leaving our shop to ensure everything is satisfactory. Gown pickup is by appointment only.

We happily accept rush orders for a fee, as long as you provide the exact date of your special occasion and any attendants in your party also comply with our policies. We can accommodate most dates, however, please consult with all people in your party who will be ordering gowns prior to placing your order. Orders cannot be placed with a manufacturer until all people in your party have paid the minimum deposit and signed an invoice. 

Gowns are ordered by size. We will take your bust, waist, and hip measurements and compare them to your gown manufacturer's size chart. The largest measurement taken must be accommodated, and then you may choose a size based on the information gathered. You are free to choose a size different than the manufacturer's recommended size, but please note, all sales are final and orders cannot be exchanged or returned to the manufacturer. 

We make every attempt to standardize color, but we cannot be responsible for any variations in dye lots. Dress manufacturers have their own color charts with a wide variety of color options. It is recommended that all bridesmaids in your bridal party order from the same manufacturer to ensure all dresses are cut from the same dye lot.

Alterations are performed by the staff of K&K Dressmaking and are available at an additional cost. Kasia's Bridal & Special Occasion Boutique is not responsible for any work or orders placed with K&K Dressmaking as we are two separate entities.
